Bioinformatics Centre

Applications are invited for the following contractual position (purely on a temporary basis) to be filled up at the Bioinformatics Centre, Savitribai Phule Pune University under the project “National Network Project of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University)” funded by DBT National Network Project (NNP) scheme, Government of India.

Nature of work: The JRF will have to work in the Bioinformatics Centre at Savitribai Phule Pune University. The project work mainly involves analysis of Plant Metabolomics Data and its correlation with Genomic and Transcriptomic data. The work will also include development of novel computational tools/servers/databases etc. based on experimental Metabolomics Data. Therefore, candidates having experience in Plant metabolomics/genomics/Transcriptomics along with computational Biology will be given preference.
